He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Jacobs of Butler, Tennessee; his stepsons, Brian Mink (Beth) of Butler, Tennessee, Bradley Mink of Butler, Tennessee and Travis Mink of Butler, Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, John Snyder (Barbara) of Boone and Lennis Snyder of Mountain City; his granddaughter Kylee Mink of Butler, Tennessee; his sister Evelyn Jacobs Meade; and his brother-in-law Donald Meade of Jonesborough, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
