He was predeceased by: his parents, James Manuel "Bud" and Mary Nell Kegley (Stewart). He is survived by: his wife Lori Jean Kegley; his children, Arica Kegley, Kelly Stepp (Matt), Dani Pleasant (Chris), Mollie Ingle (Cody), Brandon Kegley (Shea) and James Alex Kegley; his grandchildren, Greyson, Zoe Stepp, Gabbie, Amelia Pleasant, Cooper, Hadley Ingle, Milly and Willow Kegley; his aunt Kathy Williams (Rod); and his cousin Phil Williams (Sandra).
