He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Brian Hodge (Melissa) of Johnson City, TN and Ashley Hodge (Travis Andrews); his siblings, Earlene Ellis (Kermit) of Jonesborough, TN, Mary Hembree (Don) of Johnson City, TN, Louise Phillips (Steve) of Elizabethton, TN and Terry Hodge (Lesa) of Elizabethton, TN; his granddaughter Emma; his daughter Stephanie McDaniel (Dakota); his grandchildren, Gage Bennett (Cadence), Haley, Alissa, Hannah Hodge, Bella Andrews and Camden Andrews; his great grandchildren, Lily and Zailynn; his father-in-law Bunton; and his cousins, Bruce Hall and Janice Garrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
