She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Elliott, Jr. and Gloria P. Elliott. She is survived by: her husband James Richard White, Sr. of Butler, TN; her children, Ricky White of Butler, TN, Kerry Stout (Larry) of Butler, TN, Pam Vines (Jimmy) of Hampton, TN and Ginny White of Elizabethton, TN; her grandchildren, Kelly Stout, Garrett Vines and Gabe Vines; her siblings, Susan Marie Brooks and James W Elliott; and her grandchildren, Destani and Ryan Snyder, Jr.. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
