He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Clark and Mary Hubbard Clark. He is survived by: his children, L. C. Clark (Mary) of Peagram, TN, Benny Clark, Becky Cole (Justin) of Brownsville, TN and Bonnie Jones (Jimmy) of Georgia; and his sister Sue Farris of Collierville, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

The family has requested memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
