She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Jane Brock Ellis; her husband Charles Edward Milton; and her siblings, J. B. Payne, Jr., Gary Little and Barbara Jane Parker.
She is survived by: her father Hasle D. Ellis of Memphis, TN; her children, Charles Edward "Chuck" Milton Jr. (Pat Howard), Joshua Collin Milton (Stephanie) and Kayla Quinley; her siblings, Michael D. Ellis and Patricia Ann Bone (Jackie); her friend Tami Wheeler-Badgett; and her grandchildren, Madison and Emma. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
