He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie Pipkin Neal; and his daughter Sydney Neal. He is survived by: his wife Libby McConnico Neal; his daughters, Courtney Graves (Andrew), Ashley Neal and Caroline Neal; his father Robert Neal, Sr.; his brothers, Robert Neal, Jr. (Bobby) and Jeffrey Neal (Marcia); his grandchildren, Easton McBride and Baylei Graves; his nieces and nephews, Karsen Neal, Avery Neal, Nathan Neal, Tucker Worrell and Olivia Worrell; and his friend Doug Faulkner.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
