He was predeceased by: his parent Brant Castellaw; the mother of his children Peggy Ann Simpson Castellaw; his former wife Joanne Simpson Castellaw; his mother Wilma White Castellaw; his daughter Jennifer Castellaw Hutchins; and his siblings, Bobby White Castellaw and Evelyn Castellaw Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Simpson Castellaw; his sons, Regie Castellaw (Kim) of Brownsville, TN and Kevin Castellaw (Sonya) of Brownsville, TN; his brother James Brant Castellaw (Gerolyn) of Greenville, SC; his son-in-law Hutch Hutchins; and his grandchildren, Zack Ellington (Beverly), Brittany Baker, Joyce Ann Mattice (Bryan), Molly Bradley (Allen), Brett McDonald (Melissa) and Jeffrey Castellaw. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
The family has requested memorials be made to Poplar Corner Baptist Church, 1010 Boyd Ave. Brownsville, TN 38012 or to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 2206, Brentwood, TN 37024.
