He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Heggie and Adell Blackwell Heggie; his wife Grace Louise Davidson Heggie; his son Jason Heggie; and his siblings, James Donald, Norris, Grandon, Nell, Gene and Deborah.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Heath (Michael) and Jessica Caher (Jeremey); his siblings, Jerry, Tony, Joe, David, Nancy Davidson and Mary Ann Satterfield; and his grandchildren, Kylea Heath, Montana Heggie, Anthony Heggie, Sydney Heggie, Grayson and Everly Caher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to an account at FirstBank in Jennifer Heggie's name for a memorial stone to be placed at Parker Fowlkes cemetery.
