He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Leonard and Virginia Clark Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth "Susie" Barr Leonard; his daughter Kim Phillips (Jonathan); his brothers, Gary Leonard (Beth) and Jerry Leonard (Darlene); and his sister-in-law Linda Dannelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
