He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Lee and Bessie Rhoton Pierson; and his brothers, Kenneth Pierson of James Pierson, H. C and Carson Pierson. He is survived by: his wife Mae Pierson; and his children, Gene Pierson (Ann) of Bluff City, David (Kelly) of Bluff City and Thelma Jackson. He is also survived by seven granddaughters and eight great grandchildren.
