He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Frank and Ollivean Bumgardner Barrett; and his brothers, Wilky and Bob Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Julia Murphy Barrett; his children, Darlene Lawson (Tommy), Libby Taylor (Terry), Chris Barrett, Susan Galloway (Eddie) and Jennifer Barrett; his grandchildren, Monica Barrett, Tommy Lawson, Jr., Greg Lawson, Shannon Pence, Brittney Taylor, Kristen Galloway, Brandon Lovell, Madison Lovell and Summer Lovell; and his brother-in-law Bill Beeler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
