It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Dean Plank (Bluff City, Tennessee), who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cross and Viola Cross; her husband H. C. "Bud" Plank; and her siblings, Shirley Rock (Donald) and Elmore Cross (Mattie).
She is survived by: her children, Herbert "Herb" Plank, Jr. and Linda Harrington (Joe); her grandsons, Gary Plank (Lorie), Ray Harrington (Rabecca) and Ryan Harrington (Felicia); and her great grandchildren, Rhett, Rhemi Harrington, Rex Harrington and Wesley Murray. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
