It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Isabel Barr of Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Steffey and Sarah Widener Steffey; her husband Harold "Bill" Barr; and her siblings, Robert Steffey, Dora Willis, Mary Brown and Susie Robins.
She is survived by: her brother Hammon Steffey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
