She was predeceased by: her father Herbert C. "Bud" Plank. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Dean Plank; her brother Herbert C. Plank, Jr.; her husband Joe R. Harrington; her sons, Ray Anthony Harrington of Bluff City and Ryan Lee Harrington (Felicia) of Bluff City; her grandson Rex; her children, Rabecca Boyer Harrington, Rhett and Rhemi Harrington of Bluff City; her brothers-in-law, Jerry A. Harrington and Ronnie L. Harrington of Bluff City; and her close friends, Cindy Hale (Ken Hale), Roger and Darlene Frank. She is also survived by several cousins, friends.
