It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Baker of Bluff City, Tennessee, born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Callaway and Lula Mae Ealey Hicks. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Alan Baker; her sons, Bradley Baker and Christopher Baker; her siblings, Maggie McGrew, Fran Ferrell, George Hicks and Mike Hicks; and her pet Missy.
