She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Berry and Dorothy Hodges Berry; her husband Raymond L. Carr; her brothers, Ira Berry and James Berry; her son-in-law Lloyd Elliott; and her brothers-in-law, Ed Wolfe and Carl Bullock.
She is survived by: her daughter Arlene Elliott; her grandchildren, Chris Elliott (V. V.), Mitzi Baker (Jeff) and Melissa Elliott; her great grandchildren, Nelson Elliott (Gracie Norman), Laiken Cox (Zach Miller), Tyler Cox, Shyanne Baker, Justin Baker and Emily Baker; and her sisters, Arlene "Sissy" Bullock and Opal Wolfe. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, church family, and other extended family.
Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Bunker Hill Christian Church, 490 Bunker Hill Road, Bluff City, TN 37618 in honor of Juanita.
