He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Jewel Barker Stratton and Ralph English Stratton; his children, Judy Elizabeth Stratton and Jackie Daniel Stratton, Jr.; his brothers, Dwight, Tommy and Conley; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Cook, Leon Harless, Ronnie Boord and Mae Stratton.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Mae Bullock Stratton; his granddaughter Elizabeth Bailey McCracken (Scotty); his siblings, Glenda Stratton Cook, Gayle Stratton Harless, Cathy Stratton Sharrett (John), Sherry Stratton Boord and Rufus Stratton (Nina Hill Stratton); and his sister-in-law Rosie Tate Stratton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
