She is survived by: her children, Lorrie Timbs (Kenny) of Bluff City, TN, Deborah Noonkester (Timothy) of Cookeville, TN, Allen Owens (Starr) of Bristol, TN, David Owens (Lori) of Bluff City, TN and Michael Owens; her daughter-in-law Peggy McDuffie of Bluff City, TN.; her grandchildren, Kenneth Owens, Bradley Owens, Amanda Owens Smith, Elizabeth Owens Yokum, Angie Owens, James Owens, Austin Owens, Taylor Owens, Adam Noonkester, Amy Noonkester, Jessica Owens, Alisa Timbs and Emma Timbs; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Gibson, Paula Setters and Charlotte Gibson.
