He is survived by: his children, Mary Collins Johnson (Bobby) of Abingdon, VA, Dr. Cecil Eugene Collins, Jr. (Diana) of Lebanon, VA and Marshall McKnight Collins (Debbie) of Fort Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Sylina Potts, Mary "Katie" Brown, Nicole Collins, Matthew Collins, Christopher Collins and Jonathan Collins; his great grandchildren, Adante, Aguilar, Octavio Aguilar, Nykai Anthony, Nila Joy Potts and Aliya McBride; and his siblings, Bernice Niekirk, Shirley Warf, Barbara Ann Harpe and Dickey Rickey. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
