We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Orville Allen Owens (Blountville, Tennessee), born in Kingsport, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Owens and Edith McGuire Owens; and his brother Dickie Owens. He is survived by: his wife Annie Jenelle Owens (Good); his daughter Holly Pendergrass (Wil); his granddaughters, Emma and Eva Pendergrass; and his sisters, Demetrice Garst and Kim Arnold. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Allen Owens to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105.
