He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Gilliland and Rhett Gilliland; and his brother Jim Gilliland. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gilliland; his sons, Joshua Gilliland (Jesse) and Aaron Gilliland (Brittanie); his grandchildren, Rebekah Gilliland, Quentin Gilliland and Eli Gilliland; his sisters, Sandra Quillin (Robert) and Angie Boss (Phil); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Gilliland.
