He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Meredith Broderick Summers; and his parents, Joseph Summers and Francis Sharp Summers. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Plane (Donald) and Skip Summers (Patty); his grandchildren, Shane Summers, Allison Summers, Abigail Summers, Joshua Plane, Jeremy Plane and Matthew Plane; and his sister Betty Summers Breeding. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
