He was predeceased by: his brother Travis Scotty Ramsey; and his grandparents, Vate, Evelyn Ramsey, Harold and Vada Patterson.

He is survived by: his parents, James Larry and Penny Elaine Ramsey; his sister Julie Denise Ramsey; and his nephews, Jacob Ramsey and Austin Galyon. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made for expenses at the funeral home.
