It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Higley (Big Rock, Tennessee), born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on May 23, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Alfred and Mary Theresa Holcombe Higley. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Higley; his children, Michael Higley, Joesph Higley, Barbara Gambrell, Tabitha Higley, Georgia Higley and Alexis Higley; his sister Dee Higley; and his stepsons, Ronnie Peak and Spencer Lee Peak. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
