He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Underhill; his children, Michael E. Underhill (Mary) and Michele E. Mullins (Mike); his sisters, Linda Outlaw (Dale) and Beverly Bennett (Steve); and his grandsons, Salvatore Michael Cuce, James and Little Buck.
