He was predeceased by: his father Carl Lamsfuss; and his sister Helene Grunden. He is survived by: his wife Grace Lamsfuss; his siblings, Fred Lamsfuss of Texas, Richard Lamsfuss of New York and Rita Jacot of Indiana; and his adoptive sons, Joel Lamsfuss of Kentucky and Michael Lamsfuss of Indiana. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
