He is survived by: his son Dale Wayne Rhodes Jr. (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Debbie Holliday (Michael), Dale Wayne Rhodes III, Ashley McLaughlin (Shane), Ryan Lee Rhodes, Amber Rhodes, Tamara Rhodes, Nathan Rhodes and Brayden Rhodes; and his siblings, Dan Rhodes, Debbie Rhodes, Donnie Duncan, Dawn Duncan and Denise Duncan. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
