She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Wise and Sarah Hayes Mooney Wise. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Gene Gifford of Belvidere; her children, Patrick Gifford of Belvidere, Wesley Gifford of Belvidere, Jean Renner of Belvidere and Melanie Werdebaugh of Winchester, VA; and her siblings, Charles Leon Wise of Gulfport, MS, Nolane Wise of Arab, AL, Stanley Billard of Virginia Beach, VA, Carolyn Tocco and Dorothy Wise (Theo) of Sewanee. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
