She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Noe and Virgie Long Noe; her husband Bruce Carmon; her grandsons, Landon and Conley Jennings; and her siblings, Mildred Bibbins (Henry), Lloyd Noe (Dorene) and Bill Noe (Sandy).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Carmon (Lee), Judy May (Jack), Vonda Jennings (Jeff), David L. Noe, Sabrina Shrader and Kelsey Brantley; her brother Harold Noe (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Angelica Quiggle (Rob), Lindsey Horn (Seth), Ethan Jennings (Jessica) and Kathryn Bearden (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Madison and Allison Jennings; and her close friends, Polly Long and Linda Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Mary's Chapel Church Cemetery mowing fund.
