She was predeceased by: her son Edgar Thomas Sapp; her grandson Lee Roy Walker; her brother Ryan Jonathan Surls; and her son-in-law Donald Tackett. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Ward, Gwen Walsh Champane (Jack), Jessie Capobianco, Lorrie Williams, Tonia Surls (James), Dora Wells, Vickie Wiley, Theresa Sapp and Dale Sapp; and her sister-in-law Vennie Tackett. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
