She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Bill" Schmittou, Jr.; her children, Jill Skinner (Christopher) and Joseph Schmittou, III (Tugce); her siblings, Shirley Land (Sonny) and Bobby Hicks (Sheila); and her grandsons, William Schmittou, IIII and Nolan Skinner.
