He is survived by: his wife Sandi Rainey; his children, Angelia Baxter and Brian Rainey (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Crystal Simpson (Cody), Brandon Baxter, Cameron Baxter (Quinte), Anthony Rainey, Alyssa Rainey and Abel Rainey; his great grandchildren, Hudson Simpson, Haylee Johnson, Emery Simpson and Hazel Johnson; and his sister Kathy Ellis.
