He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Adams and Elizabeth Adams; and his siblings, Jerry Adams, Geneva Moore and Wanda McWhorter.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Osborne; his siblings, Herschel Adams, Jr. and Lisa Logan (Jack); his nieces, Tracie Adams, Jessica Adams, Amber Vasquez, Monica Dardon, Michelle Christian (Paul), Mary Mooneyhan (Mark) and Lori Swaffird; his nephew Justin Adams; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Christian, Jennifer Slayton, Brooklyn Ratliff, Rachel Slayton, Abigail Slayton, Daniel Christian, Daylon Christian, Journee Mooney, Brayden Mooneyhan, Jonathan Christian, Jeremy Ratliff and Eli Slayton; and his siblings-in-law, Barry Ozanne, Sandy Ozanne and Deborah Ratliff (Doyle).
