He is survived by: his wife Edith Bernice Dial Eley of Arlington, TN; his daughters, Deborah Joyce Ashcraft Lockwood of Savannah, TN, Rebecca Lynn Ashcraft Robinson (Jeff) of Baton Rouge, LA and Leslie Lee Eley Lumpkin of Arlington, TN; his sister Julia Stephanie Eley Hover (Reed) of Memphis, TN; and his grandchildren, Michael Shawn Roberts of Savannah, TN, Jeffery David Edwards (Habeeb) of Baton Rouge, LA, Lacey Dawn Roberts Thompson (Clifton) of Savannah, TN, Eley Hunter Lewis of Arlington, TN, Conrad Dane Lewis of Murfreesboro, TN, Madelyn Elise Lumpkin of Arlington, TN and Jessica Sanders of Dyersburg, TN. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many friends.
