He is survived by: his wife Gwen Nelson; his sons, James Nelson of Arlington and Jeffrey Nelson of Arlington; his nephew Thomas Howell (Kalee) of Bartlett; his grandchildren, Seth Nelson, Ian Nelson, Noah Nelson, Luke Nelson, Jack Nelson, Garrett Cornwell, Madeline Cornwell, Cameron Cornwell and Abigail Cornwell; and his great-nieces, Carlee Roberson, River Howell and Huntlee Howell.
