He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Cindy Cooley (John) and Johnnie Rose (Ashley); his grandchildren, David Cooley (Abby), Mac Cooley, Josh Cooley, Dylan Rose and Lauren Johnson (Mike); his great grandchildren, Noah Cooley, Iris Johnson and Henry Johnson; and his siblings, Donna Headden and Alvin Rose.
