We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2023, at the age of 83, Larry Richard Perkins Sr. of Antioch, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Guyon and Esther Mae Perkins Guyon; his siblings, Gene Perkins and Joan Hale; and his grandson Larry Richard Perkins III.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Perkins; and his children, Larry Perkins Jr., Connie Ortale (Jim) and Gary Perkins (Barbara). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
