She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Murrell and Helen Elizabeth Rowlette; her husband Jim Leftrick; her son James David; her grandson Benjamin David; and her great grandchild Evelynn Renee.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Leftrick (Sara) and Beth Sloan (Barry); and her grandchildren, Hailey Ezell (Josh), Jenna King (Dalton), John-David Sloan (Brittany) and Nic Weir.
