She is survived by: her husband Dennis Smith; her children, Randy Castleman (Amanda) of Adamsville, Tennessee and Danielle Harper of Huntington, Tennessee; and her stepchildren, Ann Wilkes of Jackson, Tennessee, Webb of Bruceton and Tommy Webb of Jackson, Tennessee. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
