He is survived by: his children, Lynn McCormick (Theresa) of Savannah, TN and April Rast (Paul) of Columbus, MS; his grandchildren, Lyndsay Smotherman (John), Chance Craddock of Savannah, TN and Colton McCormick of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild Lyla Smotherman of Savannah, TN; his siblings, Linda Scott (Jerry) of Adamsville, TN, Ava Nixon (Virgil) of Adamsville, TN, Shelia Smith (Mike) of Adamsville, TN, Patricia Dickerson of Adamsville, TN, Jerald McCormick (Donna) of Houston, TX and Mike McCormick of Adamsville, TN; and his niece Pam Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
