He is survived by: his wife Connie Phillips of Adamsville, TN; his daughters, Crystal Wilkerson (Matt) of Adamsville, TN and Chelsea Phillips of Robinsville, MS; his brothers, Terry Phillips (Shelia) of Savannah, TN, Eddie Phillips of Savannah, TN, Shannon "Bo" Phillips (Paula) of Michie, TN and Greg Phillips of Chattanooga, TN; and his grandsons, Hayden Conner, Bradley Conner and Bentley Wilkerson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
