It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Phipps of Watertown, South Dakota, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judy Phipps to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Krause and Betty Krause (Glendening); her siblings, David Krause and Sharron Krause Spilde; and her significant other Neil Jacobsen.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelly Swartz Leiblie (Michael) of Cumming, GA; her grandsons, Matthew of Cumming, GA, Bradey of Cumming, GA and Logan Leiblie (Samantha) of Cumming, GA; her brother Kevin Krause (Pam) of Watertown, MN; her brother-in-law Vince Spilde of Wyoming; and her stepchildren, Lonnie Phipps (Susie), LaShawn Phipps Farthing (Mike) of Watertown, Farrel Jacobsen (Linda) of Badger, Marion Jacobsen Carlson (Bob) of Lake Norden and Erma Jacobsen Neftalis (Alan) of Florida. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Cornerstone Church Youth Group.
