He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Palmer Knutson Sr. and Josephine Knutson (Waage); his daughter Bonnie Kay Knutson; and his brother Allan Knutson. He is survived by: his wife Helen Nettleton of Volga; his children, Ron Knutson (Karen) of Volga, Cindy Kjellsen (Craig) of Arlington and Tim Knutson of Volga; his grandchildren, Austin Knutson (Erin), Larissa Scherff (Aubrey), Mandy Wilde (Isaac), Trevor Kjellsen (Sarah) and Drew Kjellsen (Alicia); his great grandchildren, Jonah, Evelyn, Landree, Chett Knutson, Amelia, Raylan Scherff, Wayland, Adalynn, Layla Wilde, Kya and Ivry Kjellsen; and his brothers, Curtis Knutson (Doris) of Volga and Dale Knutson (Jean) of Volga. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
