He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guy Maanen and Frances Van Maanen of Volga, SD.; his children, Deb Cranny (Michael) of Brainerd, MN, Scott Van Maanen (Zoe Peterson) of Colman, SD and Paul Van Maanen of Shakopee, MN; and his parents-in-law, Karen Muth, Doug Eggebraaten, Ted, Lou Eggebraaten, Gene, Gig Eggebraaten, Marv, Loretta Entringer and Verna Mae Van Maanen. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
