Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Verlie Jeanne Cooper (Sturgis, South Dakota), who passed away at the age of 85, on December 29, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Allan and Faith Allan; her husband Robert "Bob" Cooper; her sister Virginia; and her great grandchild Easton Sims.
She is survived by: her sisters, Vonnie and Vicki; her children, Valerie Hoffman (Mark), Terry Cooper (Brenda) and Ted Cooper; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicki, Tara, Heather, Bobbie, Caitlin and Robert. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
Because of her love of animals, a memorial has been established to the Sturgis Animal Shelter.
