He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Flatt (Pat) and Dwight (Melanie); his sister Alice (Chris); his grandchildren, Heather Flatt, Dustin Flatt (Kalli), Michelle Banks (John), Michael Flatt, Misty Mathews (Saleel) and Jason Flatt (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Devesh Mathews, Ajay Mathews, McKenzie Flatt, Autumn Flatt, Journey Flatt and Graeden Flatt. He is also survived by his sons and oldest grandson.
