He is survived by: his parents, Lori Cleland and Kelly Cleland; his brother Kirby Cleland; his nephew Oliver; his sister Molly Raber (Alex); his grandmother Esther Cleland; and his pet Jeffe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Bailey Cleland Memorial Fund, which will go to The Club for Boys in Rapid City.
