She is survived by: her parents, Jennifer Kolbeck (Stanga) and Rick Kolbeck; her children, Dax, Rowan Phillips and Ryan Phillips (Jeremy Barse); her siblings, Heidi Urlacher (Wyatt), Rory Kolbeck (Danna), Phoebe Liebe (Matthew), Ivy Freese (Justin) and Gretchen Kolbeck; her nephews, Harper, Mathias, Jude Urlacher (Heidi) and Malaki (Phoebe); and her niece Meryl Kolbeck (Rory). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
