It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis L. Palmquist (Salem, South Dakota), who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Peterson and Dagmar Peterson (Jonson); her husband John A. Palmquist; her siblings, Jeanette Fink Armour (Herman), Milo, Ilene (Harvey Wulff), Eugene, Mavis Peterson (Greenough), Norma and Laverne Hofer (Jake); and her parents-in-law, Oliver, Genevieve Omanson (Palmquist), Jim, Deloris Zischke (Palmquist) and Lois Palmquist (Borgard).
She is survived by: her son Glen (Glenda) of Huron, SD; her grandchildren, Drew, Callie and Cody (Danyell Metter); her great grandchild Easton; her daughter Cheryl Lewis (Kim) of Winfred, SD; her grandchildren, Alexander, Ellen Schwader (Carter) of Madison and Grace; and her brother-in-law Donald Palmquist Sioux (MaryAnn).
